We offer advice on the purchase, sale and leasing of stores, as well as landlord and tenant issues, planning, and tax-related matters.

Our clients include high-profile fashion houses such as MaxMara, Gianfranco Ferre, Moschino, Valentino, Eskandar and Kiton, as well as well-known sports manufacturers including Diadora and Dianese.

Recent work

  • Advising on the renovation of Gianfranco Ferre’s Sloane Street boutique in London and assisting in obtaining licences for alteration.
  • Advising on the leasing, design and construction of a new art gallery on West 57th Street in New York City.
  • Advising on the lease of retail space for designer Matthew Williamson, both in London and in New York.
  • The purchase of retail premises in Manchester for Dianese, and the acquisition of Diadora’s new offices and showroom in Macclesfield, Derbyshire as well as advice on the sale of their existing premises.
