Commercial contracts

Commercial contracts help to create a brand by protecting its value and making the most of its commercial potential.

Our team has industry-specific experience in all aspects of the commercial use of brands and helps clients optimize their financial return without compromising the value of the brand.

Different parts of the world have different attitudes to luxury brands, and different ways of dealing with them. We have advised on contracts with parties throughout Europe, the Middle and Far East and Japan, and North and South America, and have acquired considerable experience in tailoring agreements to meet regional needs.

We work on brands of all descriptions and in various industry sectors, although our main focus is on luxury goods and services.
