Directors: corporate governance & severance

We regularly advise both listed and private companies on a variety of ‘board related' issues. These include the drafting and negotiation of service agreements and tailoring custom short and long-term incentive and deferred compensation plans, advice on exits and severance packages, guidance on the timing of internal and external announcements, and risk management.

We also work with owner-managed businesses where, among other things, we are able to advise on succession issues and boardroom conflict.

With multi-disciplinary skills in employment law, corporate law and tax, as well as knowledge of regulatory issues and extensive experience of best practices in corporate governance, we can offer clients a comprehensive service.
