Know-how & trade secrets

For many businesses, know-how and trade secrets are the most valuable assets they own, so understanding both how to make the most of their potential and how to protect them in the wider commercial marketplace are key considerations.

Our IP practice provides practical advice on the exploitation, protection and enforcement of all types of know-how and trade secrets. We advise both corporate clients and individuals on strategies for protecting their proprietary information, and in preparing confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements.
