We have a very extensive trust litigation team which has wide experience resolving family trust disputes, whether they are multi-national, multi-generational family conflicts or more straightforward family disagreements.

We act for clients on a broad range of inter-family conflicts, trust disputes and succession problems (including issues introduced by forced heirship), and we work regularly with legal teams in other countries.

Although it may be necessary to go to court, it is rarely in a family's interest to have its private conflicts dragged into the public arena. We will therefore do all we can to resolve disputes via alternative routes such as mediation, in order to reach a satisfactory outcome while maintaining discretion and confidentiality.
