Most of our clients fall into one of three categories. Many are individuals who entered in good faith into what turned out to be fraudulent business ventures, and have incurred substantial losses as a result. Others are professional trustees embroiled in allegations of fraud because of the assets they are holding as trustees, or the way those assets have been administered.
