Financing

A key aspect of any property transaction is the question of how best to raise the funds: whether to borrow, and if so how much, against what collateral and from whom.

We work with clients who are acquiring residential property for investment or for their own use. We help with the structuring of their financing arrangements, ensuring tailored and tax-efficient structures are put in place for owning and holding their real estate. This may involve complex offshore structures, such as the set-up detailed in the ‘recent work' section below.

Additionally, we liaise closely with many overseas lending institutions to find suitable financial solutions for clients who own or want to buy residential properties around the world.

We have a broad client base: the UK, and particularly London, continues to attract successful individuals from all over the world, and we have helped to structure financing for property purchases in Russia and the CIS, the Far and Middle East, Europe and America.
