Our residential real estate team has a wealth of experience in the uses and limitations of the full spectrum of property rental agreements, from short-term ‘licences to occupy' to complex long-term lease structures. At the top of the rental market, we are involved in the letting of landmark properties where complex services are provided as part of the rental package.

Across the board, we work with both landlords and tenants in order to meet their respective requirements, and can also guide landlords on the best forms of tenancy to reduce tax liabilities to a minimum. Once a structure is in place, we advise on variations and extensions to the agreement, and on rent reviews.
