Our London office is particularly active in this area because we frequently co-ordinate proceedings across a number of jurisdictions, or advise clients ‘behind the scenes' in individual jurisdictions. The law in the jurisdictions in which we work generally has its roots in English law; indeed, in many of them, appeals are still made to the Privy Council in London. Our global perspective and international experience stands us in good stead in devising strategies in multi-jurisdictional proceedings.

Our client base is an international one and includes trustees, beneficiaries, settlors, disaffected heirs, creditors, divorcing spouses and others. We have acted in a number of very high profile proceedings in offshore jurisdictions.
