Trade marks

Our team has advised extensively on the creation, exploitation and protection of trade marks on an international basis.

This enables us to provide both technical guidance as well as a wealth of practical advice on all aspects of branding. Our extensive knowledge of the luxury brands and consumer goods sectors allows us to help clients in that market with focused, commercial branding advice.

We work with a broad range of international companies; many own brands that are household names, and we provide integrated advice on all of their brand management and protection concerns. Our client list also includes many creative individuals, among them young designers, inventors and artists.
