Alex is a partner on the US corporate team.
He advises public and private clients across all industries (but with a focus on the technology, health care, consumer, and industrial sectors) on a wide range of transactional matters, concentrating on M&A deals (ranging from mergers to stock and asset acquisition and dispositions), as well as general corporate matters including contract negotiations and corporate governance issues.
Prior to joining Withers, Alex was a corporate partner at Burns & Levinson LLP. Alex serves on the Board and Executive Committee of the Mosesian Center of the Arts in Watertown, MA, on the Board of Trustees of the Armenian Students’ Association, and is an active member of the Council of Armenian Executives.
