I was told that Adele was a rising star and so she proved to be. Adele was knowledgable, efficient and approachable always giving sound advice and instilling confidence. She was a pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend her.

Adele helped me reach an amicable financial settlement with my wife. She listened to how I wanted to approach matters, and advised and guided me smoothly through the process, protecting my interests but without causing hiccups. She was a pleasure to deal with and I really appreciated her support and advice through the process. I would definitely recommend her to others.

Adele comprehensively and promptly put together my complex financial disclosure, and within a matter of weeks I was able to reach an overall agreement with my wife during an all-day lawyer led mediation, with the help of strategic advice and eye for detail. I can highly recommend her for providing creative ideas, achieving results, and also being pleasant people to work with.

Julian and Adele have been such an enormous help during my divorce. Full of emotions, I entered a minefield of unknown legal territory and potential pitfalls and they have been so helpful in making the unknown and difficult situation easier to understand. Ever since our first meeting, they have always been professional, courteous and understanding. A dream team!

I find them [Julian Lipson and Adele Pledger] to be practical and empathetic, clear as to the law but equally capable of listening and taking clear instructions. It is hard to describe working with lawyers over such matters as a pleasure, but certainly they have been a pleasure to deal with and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them both.

Adele was professional and responsive throughout [with regard to a prenuptial agreement]. She made sure I fully understood the law and the process, despite my being unfamiliar with family law, and gave clear and helpful advice.

‘‘

Adele helped me work step by step through this difficult process in a sympathetic, structured way. Nothing can make these things easy, but without Withers and Diana’s and Adele’s expertise in calmly negotiating each obstacle and complication as it came up, my emotional state at the time and my situation now would certainly have been much worse.

‘‘

Adele is a ball of energy, hugely talented and one of the most detail oriented professionals I have ever come across, with a keen mind for figures and complicated financial issues. Insightful, high calibre thinking makes this team’s approach to negotiations bold and creative! Julian and Adele are both sincere and genuine no nonsense solicitors, particularly humane, sharp witted, distinguished and honourable.
