Me in a minute
A focus on family permeates my career in tax
A focus on family permeates my career in tax and estate law with Withers Bergman. I am proud to call the New Haven, CT area home with many years as a founding principal in Bergman, Horowitz, and Reynolds and, following its merger in 2002 with, Withers. My practice focuses on tailoring solutions to meet clients’ long and short-term needs for resolving complex individual and corporate tax situations, structuring family businesses and efficient transfer between generations, preparing wills and trusts and other estate planning documents to protect family assets, and then administering of estates and trusts. For me it is extremely important that clients are well prepared in an environment that sees ever-changing complex tax laws. In my free time, I enjoy live theatre and music, gardening, and traveling with my wife and family.
