Me in a minute
My career can be split in two parts
Initially I represented financial institutions on the full range of issues associated with their business. The work ranged from syndicated and bilateral loans, trade finance matters, structured notes and derivatives to insolvencies and regulatory matters. This was a fabulous foundation for what was to follow.
Since 2000 I have been increasingly also representing other stakeholders as well as lenders particularly in project and infrastructure matters. This work has included acquisitions of energy companies and development of energy projects, advising on toll road and large real estate development projects and looking after the interests of substantial and minority shareholders in an array of projects and commercial transactions. A great portion of my work has been in emerging markets including Eastern Europe and the CIS, the Middle East and of course Asia where I now am based.
