Acted for a number of clubs and players in successful actions before the FIFA Dispute Resolution Chamber and the Player Status Committee, inter alia regarding entitlement to training compensation, solidarity mechanism and overdue payables_._
Successfully defended a Serie A Club before the UEFA Appeals Body.
Assisted a prominent European basketball team in arbitration in arbitration proceedings before the Basketball Arbitral Tribunal (BAT).
Advised a relevant national federation in regard to regulatory matters.
Successfully assisted a football player in his claim against his former club for breach of contract before the Court of Arbitration of Sport.
Providing regulatory advice to a number of clubs and agents on player transfers and related issues.
