Our charges

We usually agree fixed fees for specific applications at the outset of a matter.  Where fixed fees do not apply, we charge according to time spent advising you in line with our hourly rates, which are currently:
  • Partner: £605 - £780
  • Associates: £400 - £500
  • Paralegal: £250 - £275
You can view our fee table here, and our service promise here.

Our fees and hourly rates may be subject to UK VAT at 20% and are reviewed annually (variable on 1 July of each year).  Disbursements eg Home Office filing fees, 3rd party charges and other services we obtain on your behalf as part of a matter) are chargeable separately, and may be subject to exchange rate fluctuations and bank charges where transactions are made in a currency other than Pounds Sterling.

The work we undertake is complex, often cross-divisional and international, and tailored to each client's circumstances. Our fees are not conditional on approval and processing times are not guaranteed.

We support a wide variety of organisations including start-ups, SMEs, charities, arts organisations, educational institutions, multinational/complex organisations, regulated organisations, and investment businesses.

We provide strategic support to founders, along with supporting HR managers as to new hires, transfers of key talent and compliance obligations.

Contact us if you require support with:

  • a sponsor licence for your business
  • immigration applications for your workers or their families
  • secondments or transfers of overseas group employees to the UK
  • sponsor compliance and right to work processes
  • business visits to the UK
  • UK inward investment as the basis for UK residence
  • post-Brexit support for your EEA/Swiss national workforce
  • seamless integrated immigration, tax, employment and corporate support for your business

We take the time to get to know you and your unique needs and provide bespoke services which are just right for you, delivered with a personal touch.

As well as identifying specific immigration routes and long-term strategies that meet your objectives, our UK immigration team is ready to provide ad hoc advice and support as needed.

We provide an end-to-end service in immigration applications, taking care of the forms and local appointment bookings, preparing supporting documents and legal letters, dealing with the immigration authorities and managing third party/ visa filing payments and document handling for you – keeping you updated and supported as we go.

Our lawyers work seamlessly across countries and legal specialities to ensure the whole experience is as smooth and complete as possible.

We will:

  1. consult with you to gather information and take your instructions, and provide a detailed proposal for your agreement before we start work
  2. provide strategic advice and consider key client documents before we start work on an application
  3. work with you to compile the substantive application or request, supporting documents and prepare our accompanying legal representations (as needed)
  4. submit the application or request on your behalf, complete the relevant filing formalities on your behalf and provide instructions where an in-person appointment is required
  5. maintain contact while we await a decision, and keep you informed, and
  6. provide post-decision advice and forward physical documents we receive, setting out next steps and information relevant for your future planning and records.

We know that our work goes to the heart of what you do. We strive to achieve the desired outcome for our clients in the fastest possible time using all available resources, taking into account the characteristics and complexities of your matter and the authorities' own processing times.
