International law firm Withers has represented highly respected football manager Alberto Zaccheroni on his move to manage Chinese Super League team Beijing Guoan F.C. in a two year contract.
Mr. Zaccheroni has managed 13 Italian football clubs in the course of his career, including very successful tenures with Udinese, Juventus and A.C. Milan, before taking up the management of Japan's national football team from 2010 to 2014.

Beijing Guoan can expect to see some instant results under Alberto's leadership, as well as some longer-term changes in structure and strategy.”
Luca led the Withers team, working alongside sports team associate Stella Riberti, employment associates Libby Payne in London and Helen Colquhoun in Hong Kong, and the Milan tax team, led by partner Giulia Cipollini.
