Withers Studio Legale has represented Issey Miyake, the leading Japanese luxury fashion and textile design brand, on the group's first flagship store in Milan.
The Firm advised on the commercial, employment, real estate, construction and IP aspects of the project, with a focus on the commercial lease and building contract for the store in the landmark Palazzo Reina building, located in via Bagutta 12.

The new Issey Miyake flagship store launches today in the historic Palazzo Reina, in the heart of Milan's luxury fashion district. The interior design of the project was managed by award-winning Japanese architect Tokujiin Yoshioka.
The cross-border team was led by Anthony and included real estate associate Mattia Biasi, tax partner Giulia Cipollini and associate Giada Mazzola, IP partner Ida Palombella and associate Federica Caretta as well as the firm's tax colleagues in Tokyo, Japan.
