International law firm Withers has hired corporate tax specialist Ton van Doremalen as International Tax Director in its Dubai tax office.
Ton is a tax lawyer who has worked for nine years with Loyens & Loeff (Amsterdam and Paris) and subsequently for Big 4 accountancy firms in the Dutch Caribbean and Dubai. He is very experienced in the field of international tax structuring and has a strong focus on working with jurisdictions such as the Netherlands, Luxembourg, UK and the UAE. In Dubai Ton advises clients from Europe, North America and Asia who are investing in the Middle East region, as well as Gulf-based family offices, corporates, private equity and sovereign wealth fund clients on their outbound investments.
