Lindsay Brown

Lindsay is special counsel in the private client and tax team.

She focuses on international tax and trusts work, including advising individuals, trustees and financial institutions. This advice includes UK tax, wills and trusts, personal tax and estate planning, UK and cross-border tax and succession issues, exchange of information and voluntary disclosures.

Lindsay has a particular focus on providing advice for non-domiciled UK residents as well as UK tax and residence issues for individuals moving to and from the UK.

She also advises on the creation, implementation and restructuring of complex multi-jurisdictional wealth-holding structures for clients with international interests and on fiduciary issues for trustees.

Lindsay spent several years working in the Netherlands for a leading Dutch law firm and has a particular interest in cross-border UK/Dutch tax issues.
