Lucy Johnson

Special Counsel | London

Lucy is special counsel in the private client and tax team.

She advises on many aspects of UK private client matters including lifetime and post death tax planning; creation and management of trusts; issues arising from complex UK trust structures and divided families; advice for UK residents, resident non-UK domiciliaries, non-UK domiciliaries and non-residents on UK tax issues both in respect of personal tax and tax on onshore and offshore trusts.

We have been particularly impressed with the responsiveness of the team, including Paola Fudakowska and Lucy Johnson, sometimes required to advise on matters across languages and borders whilst acting seamlessly as correspondent to our own retained local advisers
