Allison is a senior associate in the private client and tax team.
Allison’s practice focuses on estate planning, estate and trust administration, estate and gift taxation, business succession planning and charitable giving. She works with high net worth individuals and their families to implement sophisticated wealth transfer techniques and advises clients on advanced planning to minimize income, gift, estate and generation-skipping transfer taxes.
In addition, Allison counsels fiduciaries and beneficiaries with respect to complex estate and trust administration matters.
