Amanda is a senior associate in the divorce and family team.

She specialises in complex matrimonial finance work and has a particular interest in pre and postnuptial agreements. She also has experience in children matters, including cases involving intractable contact and parental alienation.

Throughout my whole experience with Withers, Amanda was totally cool headed and prepared beyond my expectations. She was kind and endlessly patient. I always felt that she was several steps ahead whilst also watching my back.

Mother of three, Kent

Amanda has been exceedingly responsive throughout and is tough, straight talking and succinct when giving advice – but at the same time I felt she was compassionate and sensitive to the delicate situation in which I found myself. She is very bright and excels in strategic thinking. It impressed me that she was able to think several steps ahead and anticipate the consequences. Amanda is clearly technically excellent and highly experienced as well as being hard-working and ambitious – a powerful combination.

Working with Amanda was first class. She is highly competent and brought my divorce to a swift and satisfactory conclusion. She is thorough and quick thinking and was able to support the best possible outcome for my case. She was also sensitive and thoughtful in what was a challenging personal situation. I would absolutely recommend her.

City Professional, West London

At what was one of the worse times in my life I found Withers to represent me in my divorce – more specifically Amanda. It has to be said it was a very trying time for me but Amanda guided me through the process with minimum fuss and intrusion. She is incredibly professional and knowledgeable and no question was too trivial to bring up and be answered swiftly.

Mother of two, Kent

Amanda was invaluable through a difficult time for my family. I came to rely on her for sound judgement and timely advice. She regularly provided options to keep expense to a minimum but without compromising settlement outcomes. She is an exceptional solicitor.
