Amarjeet Singh is a consultant.

He has over 45 years of legal and judicial experience and had previously served as an ad litem Judge with the UN war crimes tribunal for the Balkans at the Hague (2001 - 2005). He started his career in the Singapore Legal Service serving various appointments as a Magistrate, District Judge, and legal officer with the Official Assignee and Public Trustee. He was a partner in M/s David Marshall, Advocates and Solicitors from 1968 - 1978, and a senior partner in Amarjeet, Rubin and Partners from 1978 - 1992. He served as a Judicial Commissioner from 1992 to 2000 and many of his judgments have been reported in the Singapore Law Reports.

In 2003, he was appointed Senior Counsel by the Singapore Academy of Law.
