Bryan C. Hathorn

Associate | Los Angeles

Bryan is an associate in the litigation and arbitration team.

As well as providing general litigation advise, he focuses on litigation involving trusts and estates.

Bryan has a diverse background. Before entering the legal profession, he was awarded a Ph.D in Chemical Physics from the California Institute of Technology and worked as a research scientist at Oak Ridge National Laboratory.

After law school, he served as a law clerk for Justice Janice Holder of the Tennessee Supreme Court, which was the court of last resort for all cases in the state.

Previously he worked as an attorney at a Los Angeles law firm and handled intellectual property, mass torts, and securities litigation and advised clients in tax controversy matters. As a result, Bryan had exposure to a wide range of legal matters, which gives him the ability to spot his clients’ legal issues and resolve them as efficiently as possible. Bryan was also recognized as a ‘Pro Bono Hero’ and leader by the Tennessee Bar Association and American Bar Association for his solid record of pro bono activities in California and Tennessee.
