Acted for a London-based investment bank as an intervener in resisting a petition for the winding-up of an offshore fund in the High Court of Hong Kong.
Assisted a Singapore commodities trading company in the enforcement of FOSFA arbitration awards and recovery of debts from a Chinese buyer which had been put into administration by a provincial court in Shandong, China.
Conducted annual audits and investigations for a US-based group of pharmaceutical companies in relation to compliance with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act by their branches in China.
