Carole is an associate in the litigation and arbitration team.
Carole focuses her practice on general business litigation, commercial litigation, and labor and employment litigation. She has experience in handling matters from initial case development and case strategy until resolution via dispositive motion, mediation or trial. Prior to joining Withers, Carole was a trial attorney at a Los Angeles firm.
Carole earned her J.D. from the University of California Hastings College of the Law and her B.A. from University of California, Santa Barbara.
