Chiara is an associate in the Intellectual Property and Technology team.
Over the last two years, as a legal trainee in the Intellectual Property (IP) practice of well-known law firms, she has gained experience in a wide range of IP areas, spanning from litigation before Italian IP Courts - mainly involving trademark and design infringements, as well as plagiarism and unfair competition claims - to strategic advisory in relation to large trademark and design portfolios, dealing with, inter alia, the drafting of registrability opinions and protection of trademark rights before the Italian Patent and Trademark Office (IPTO) and the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).
Chiara has also actively taken part in the negotiation and drafting of several settlement agreements.
Me in a minute
I’m a lawyer recently admitted to the Milan Bar and deeply passionate about all matters directly and/or indirectly related to the protection of intellectual property.
I deeply love what I do and I'm currently focused on enhancing my expertise and gaining as much experience as I can to become a valuable resource for my colleagues and a point of reference for our clients. I'm not afraid to face challenges, especially at work, and I also consider myself extremely curious and dynamic.
I like spending my spare time traveling and expanding my networks. I also enjoy working out early in the morning which provides me with charge and energy to start the day on a good note.
