Me in a minute
My love for words and verbal reasoning is likely what brought me to study law.
At law school I developed a particular interest in international law and dispute settlement. I spent many afternoons in the tiny but well-stocked international law library of Padua University, although I did not neglect contract law, civil procedure and other areas of the law. As a young Italian law graduate, I dreamt about specialising in international dispute settlement (which was quite a big dream).
I joined Withers' Italian offices as a trainee in August 2016. I completed my training at Withers Italy and continued to work there as a newly qualified lawyer until August 2019. Training and working with the firm provided with invaluable experience and I met excellent mentors and colleagues.
I then decided to go back to school to sharpen my knowledge of international law and dispute settlement by pursuing the Geneva MIDS LLM. At the MIDS, I was lucky enough to study with an all-star faculty of academics and practitioners. Upon completion of the MIDS, I joined the firm's London litigation and arbitration team, specialising in international law and arbitration.
In addition to the law, I have always had a passion for music, particularly jazz. I studied and played the alto saxophone for about 15 years (and still play it from time to time). I am currently teaching myself to play the bass guitar and I am starting to explore the world of music production.
