Halima Khanum
Solicitor apprentice | London
Halima is a solicitor apprentice in the Private client and tax team.
She is currently working on a variety of transactions and general commercial matters for both national and international clients. She assists lawyers in the team with commercial agreements, company reorganisations, boardroom disputes, share sales and purchases and joint ventures.
Previously Halima worked with Stephen Richards in the trust and succession disputes team assisting individuals, charities and trustees with contentious trust, contentious probate and Court of Protection matters. The work ranged from issues regarding the validity of wills, construction and rectification of wills and deeds, constructive trust and proprietary estoppel claims, and claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975.
Halima is currently on the Trailblazer Solicitor Apprenticeship route to qualifying as a Solicitor.
