Joseph is a partner in the corporate team.

His practice focuses primarily on corporate law including mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate, corporate finance and general business matters. He assists private clients, family offices, privately held companies, emerging companies and entrepreneurs with various legal matters including contract work, investment management, private equity and venture capital opportunities, squeeze-out mergers, securities, and intellectual property restructuring transactions, as well as advising clients with respect to confidentiality matters.

In connection with his clients’ various real estate holdings, he has represented both landlords and tenants providing advice on construction financing, acquisitions, sales and leasing.

Joseph has also handled various employment matters including employment contracts, separation agreements, confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements and non-compete agreements.
