Joshua Becker

Joshua is an associate in our private client and tax team.

His practice focuses on domestic and international income tax planning. Joshua has significant experience organizing acquisitions, divestitures, and capital structures for investment partnerships. He represents investors, particularly family offices, in connection with investments in private equity funds, hedge funds, and alternative vehicles. Joshua also regularly represents clients in U.S. federal, state and local tax controversies.

Joshua is a frequent author and speaker on partnership tax matters and the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017.
