Assisted Counsel over a month-long trial, defending a private banker against various claims for breach of fiduciary duties, fraudulent misrepresentation and deceit.
Assisted Counsel in a multi-jurisdictional claim by a high net-worth individual for breach of trust and fiduciary duties, as well as unjust enrichment.
Assisted Counsel in the appeal and cross-appeal of the decision by the trial judge in the Singapore International Commercial Court. The case involved novel points of law on the rights and responsibilities of a party under a Joint Venture Agreement, and the extent in which fiduciary duties are owed. The appeal succeeded in part, while the Plaintiff’s cross-appeal was dismissed in its entirety.
