Matt is a senior associate in the corporate team.

Matt manages all aspects of corporate and venture capital work relevant to IP-rich, high-growth technology and life sciences companies and advises clients at all stages of a company’s life-cycle from early-stage formation and pre-seed financings up to later-stage venture and growth funding rounds and exits.

Prior to joining Withers tech, Matt was an associate at Latham & Watkins LLP and Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP where he advised leading international corporates, financial institutions, private equity and venture capital funds in respect of public and private M&A, private equity and venture capital investments, restructurings, joint ventures, IPOs, takeovers and secondary issues; as well as general corporate advisory work.
