VK v. SAFG  HKFC 126: Acting for an overseas non-primary carer parent in his application for leave to relocate his child from Hong Kong to Switzerland. The Family Court granted leave as sought.
GMSA aka DGMS v. DMPJ  HKCA 384: Acting for the Petitioner in respect of the Respondent’s application for leave to appeal against a decree nisi and two consent orders. The Court of Appeal dismissed the Respondent’s application.
Defending a global accounting firm in a professional negligence claim worth US$1.9 billion. The claim arose out of 2 engagements for a now-defunct company formerly listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
New Century Credit Services Ltd v. Yeung Hung  HKCFI 2651: Successfully defending a Hong Kong law firm sued for breach of trust, breach of fiduciary duty, undue influence and misrepresentation.
Advising a global accounting firm in respect of an audit engagement which became the subject of investigations by the Financial Reporting Council and Securities and Futures Commission.
Acting for an international bank in its application to set aside a Hong Kong court order granting leave to enforce a foreign arbitration award. The underlying dispute concerned, inter alia, allegations of negligence against the bank. On 5 November 2020, the Court of First Instance ruled in favour of the bank (X v. Y  HKCFI 2782).
