Uliana Cooke

Uliana is an associate in the litigation and arbitration team.

She is an associate specialising in complex international arbitration and commercial litigation. She advises companies, states and individuals on dispute resolution with a focus on international commercial arbitration, investment treaty arbitration and public international law. She has experience of arbitration under the ICC, LCIA, SIAC and ICSID rules as well as ad hoc arbitration and High Court litigation.

Uliana is dual qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales and a lawyer in Russia. Earlier in her career Uliana practised corporate law as an associate at a Magic Circle law firm in Moscow and then trained as a solicitor at a boutique City law firm, having also gained arbitration and litigation experience in a leading US law firm’s London office.

Uliana is a member of the International Arbitration Group and the Withers CIS practice group.
