Yvonne Mak

Yvonne is an associate in the litigation and arbitration team.

With more than 8 years of experience, Yvonne's practice encompasses corporate and commercial dispute resolution, and construction and engineering dispute resolution. She has advised and acted for clients in international arbitrations and litigation at all levels of the Singapore courts, including arbitration-related litigation. Yvonne has also acted for clients in construction adjudications and in mediation.

Yvonne has particular experiences in shareholder disputes, contractual disputes, and property disputes arising out of a broad range of industries, including logistics, commodities, blockchain technology, and construction.

She has also advised and represented contractors and consultants in construction and engineering projects, including matters relating to residential developments, commercial projects, mass rapid transit projects and other government projects.

An advocate of gender equality, Yvonne also is the Chairperson of the Young Women's Leadership Connection, a volunteer-run organisation aimed at developing women in leadership. Yvonne also sits on the Public and International Law committee of the Law Society of Singapore, and in a subcommittee in the ICC Singapore Arbitration Group. She is also a volunteer lawyer under the Criminal Legal Aid Scheme.
