Peter is a partner in the real estate team.

He is a commercially-astute lawyer with expertise in real estate, corporate and finance sectors gained firstly at a Silver Circle law firm, and later through working outside of private practice with a number of high-profile entrepreneurs, businesses, family offices and in private equity.

He has worked on a broad range of transactions for major organisations, entrepreneurs and individuals and covers all aspects of commercial and corporate property law. In particular Peter advises clients on establishment of property joint ventures, structured acquisitions and disposals, development work, property investment and residential property (including ultra prime).

Peter has additional experience in international business and has worked in Shanghai where he advised in an important developing foreign direct and domestic investment market, and has worked on (and originated) a variety of property investment as well as private equity projects.

He tends to act as a key ‘point’ man and bridge for his clients managing both risks and success, often sitting as a non-executive director on private and family business boards.
