Now in its sixth year, the PAM Awards recognize and reward top investment professionals and wealth advisors operating within the private asset management industry. An independent panel of industry experts oversaw the judging process, which was based on a mixture of qualitative and quantitative performance indicators.
“At Withers Bergman, we strive to help successful people and their businesses overcome legal challenges and meet their goals,” said Ivan A. Sacks, Chairman of Withers Bergman. “This award validates the tireless efforts of our colleagues here in New York and across the globe on behalf of our clients, and we are grateful for the honor.”
PAM award winners are judged on criteria, including their track record during the last twelve months; growth in client numbers, internal hires and geographic expansion; client satisfaction, including anecdotes and direct client statements; and product innovation over the course of 2015.
Withers Bergman was recognized for its ability to combine traditional wealth management-related work with sophisticated business and investment tax planning in one integrated practice, providing a comprehensive approach to clients' private wealth issues, both domestically and internationally. This includes advising closely held businesses, fund managers, entrepreneurs and other successful individuals and families a broad range of issues.
