In recent years, I have advised clients on closely held business interest valuation, planning, succession and negotiating sales of businesses.
I have enjoyed working with families faced with estate administration and asset disposition issues and ‘keeping the peace’ among family members with disparate interests and personalities.

Me in a minute
I enjoy helping people help themselves
I have advised clients for over 40 years as a Counselor and Trusted Advisor, primarily in the areas of taxation and business and estate planning. At this time I am advising client families whom I have represented over many years and working with second and third generation issues relating to tax advantaged structures, long term multi-generational planning and general family counseling.
I actively serve on several not for profit boards and enjoy ‘giving back’ to people in the community who are in need. These organizations are principally involved in mentoring youth, medical research and education as well as grant-making. I enjoy helping people help themselves.
