She acts for and advises developers, investors, insurers, main contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, management corporations of strata titles, subsidiary proprietors, and owners and suppliers, etc. in disputes involving construction contracts, employers and employees of MNCs, SMEs, private individuals, etc. Apart from contentious work, Spring is also experienced in non-contentious building and construction matters. She provides opinions and reviews contracts pre-tender, post tender and project administration for developers, consultants, main contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers.
