Kelly is an associate in the litigation and arbitration team.
Her practice covers a broad range of areas including civil and commercial litigation, construction disputes, project and infrastructure disputes, shareholders’ disputes, and trust and probate proceedings. She has advised clients on numerous complex cross border and multi-jurisdictional matters, and is experienced in assisting in contentious court proceedings, as well as arbitration proceedings administered by the International Chamber of Commerce and the Singapore International Arbitration Centre.

Acted for a Singapore construction company in defending a S$17 million dollar claim brought by a developer
Advised and acted for a Singapore listed company in the divestment of its shares in a company valued at approximately RMB 3 billion. The divestment involved both Chinese and Hong Kong incorporated entities
Acted for a Chinese manufacturing company against an Austrian company for a claim of over RMB 980,000,000 arising from a breach of a licensing agreement.
