Spring is a partner in the litigation and arbitration team.

She is experienced in commercial litigation, international arbitration, adjudication, mediation, involving all areas of commercial laws, corporate, employment, insurance, property, with special focus on building and construction industry, expanding into the energy market.

She acts for and advises developers, investors, insurers, main contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, management corporations of strata titles, subsidiary proprietors, and owners and suppliers, etc. in disputes involving construction contracts, employers and employees of MNCs, SMEs, private individuals, etc. Apart from contentious work, Spring is also experienced in non-contentious building and construction matters. She provides opinions and reviews contracts pre-tender, post tender and project administration for developers, consultants, main contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers, etc.

Spring has an interest in Sports Law and holds a Certificate Programme in Sports Arbitration awarded by the Asian International Arbitration Centre. She has also assisted with the appeals panel in one of the world’s sports federation in its arbitration and in the preparation of the final award.
