Withers KhattarWong LLP is a Singapore law practice, affiliated with Withers LLP.
Jin-Wen is an associate in our corporate team.
Jin-wen assists sponsors and investors in the investment funds industry on the structuring, formation and marketing of private funds. She also assists fund managers with regulatory and licensing requirements. Jin-wen has also worked on private equity and venture capital transactions, including seeding arrangements, downstream investments, acquisitions and divestments.
