Yin is a partner in the real estate team.
His practice covers a wide range of real estate transactions, including acquisitions and sales, title matters, financing, leasing, joint ventures, mixed-use projects, land use entitlements, environmental law, real estate taxation, and litigation of these areas.
Having previously represented multiple public agencies in California, Yin has advised landowners in navigating the complex rules and regulations of cities, counties, regional agencies, and state agencies, as well as represented landowners in litigation.
