Advised client in its disposal of a group of companies incorporated in Hong Kong and Macau. The target company is a helicopter service operator in Hong Kong, whereas its subsidiaries are engaged in the business of heliport management, helicopter maintenance services and ticketing services.
Advised client in potential investment in one of the leading model management agencies in Hong Kong with business operation in Beijing and Shanghai by way of subscription of shares with a top-up option to make further investment.
Advised client in its joint ventures with several joint venturers experienced in sand mining operations to engage in the business of mining and export of estuarine sand and desalinated sand in Malaysia.
