Mark G. Holden
Partner
Mark is a partner in the private client and tax team.
He splits his time between domestic and international estate planning and trust administration. He frequently works with US based clients on tax efficiently structuring and inheritance from abroad and also counsels clients who want to leave the United States. Domestically, Mark has worked with clients planning wealth transfers through a variety of techniques involving not only trusts or partnerships but also co-tenancies and other legal estates. He has also worked with clients forming regulated and unregulated private trust companies in the United States and abroad and works with a number of the firm’s family office clients in the United States and abroad.
