*Withers Bengoshi Houjin is organised as a local partnership, under the Japanese Civil Code, whose partners are only Japanese qualified lawyers (bengoshi) and non-Japanese lawyers (attorneys-at-law admitted in California, Connecticut, Florida, Hawaii and New York) who are registered foreign lawyers in Japan (gaikokuho jimu bengoshi). Naoki Ueyama is from Withers Bengoshi Houjin.
Naoki Ueyama is a partner in the real estate team of the Tokyo office.
He has extensive experience in advising on transactions related to real estate, real estate finance, structured finance and acquisition finance. He often acts as lead counsel for Japanese and international investors and financial institutions in real estate investments. He is experienced in acting as legal counsel for leading investment funds as well as leading financial institutions.
