He regularly acts for clients in the hotel and restaurant markets and his work ranges from helping them acquire, operate and manage sites - through to facilitating the sale of a whole restaurant group. His work is sometimes multi-jurisdictional, and he has helped owner-operator clients establish new footings overseas.
