Ayshat is a dual qualified senior associate and leads the Russian private client and tax team.

Dual qualified in Russia and the UK, she works primarily with Russian clients. Ayshat is a key member of the Russia and CIS team at Withers and has over ten years of experience in international tax consulting for UHNWIs and wealthy families from Russia and the CIS.

Ayshat spends most of her time advising private clients on Russian, UK and international cross border complex tax and wealth planning issues.





Advised Russian private clients on impact of the Russian CFC rules and upcoming global information exchange standard to the existing private wealth structures.

Advised Russian and CIS HNWIs on UK tax relocation matters and UK residential and commercial property ownership structures.

Advised a large Ukrainian consumer products and retail group on set up of UK holding and financing corporate structure with elements of investments protection.
